Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive from Nuvrelle. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy is simple: we accept returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Conditions for Return

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • Returned in its original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Step 1: Contact Us Please send an email to info@nuvrelle.co.uk to let us know you'd like to make a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Step 2: Post Your Item Once you've notified us, please carefully package the item and send it to our returns address below.

Step 3: Include Your Details To help us process your return quickly, please include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

 

Return Postage

 

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

The simplest and fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original piece for a full refund and place a new order for the product you would like instead.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@nuvrelle.co.uk. In these cases, we will resolve the issue for you and will cover the cost of the return postage.
