United Kingdom (UK) Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time Each piece is prepared especially for you with great care and attention. For this reason, our processing time to prepare and package your order is 3-4 business days. This allows us to ensure the quality and perfection of your item before it is sent to you.

Shipping Method Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This service:

• Aims for delivery on the next business day after dispatch.

• Includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's journey from us to you.

Total Estimated Delivery Time The total time to receive your order is a combination of the processing time and the shipping time:

• Processing Time: 3-4 business days

• Shipping Time: 1 business day

• Total Estimated Time: 4-5 business days from the date of your order.

Order Tracking When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the Royal Mail website.

• "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays in the UK.
